I work at the intersection of banking operations and financial technology, translating how institutions actually run into products and partnerships that can scale.

My foundation is inside Maybank Indonesia, where I spent over four years across the Operations Directorate, first managing the KPI framework and strategic planning cycle for the Operations Director, then leading process reengineering programs across branch service, trade finance, treasury, and corporate onboarding. The work was concrete: a 30% reduction in branch turnaround time, a 50% improvement in trade finance processing speed, and a redesigned organization structure built to scale. I learned, firsthand, what it takes to change how a regulated institution operates, not just on paper, but in the daily reality of branch floors and back-office teams.

Today, at GTech Digital Asia, I apply that same operational rigor earlier in the lifecycle, incubating financial services initiatives from market analysis and opportunity sizing through commercial structuring and partner engagement. I work across product, technology, legal, and partner stakeholders to design fintech and digital banking solutions that are regulatory-ready and commercially viable, not just technically impressive.

What connects both chapters is a conviction that good financial products are built on operational discipline, that the unglamorous work of process design, controls, and SLA frameworks is what actually lets innovation hold up at institutional scale.
